When I extracted and ran it... the game had no pictures where did I go wrong :/

Neat and funny. A short game.

Funny lewd short story. It is basically a short vn with some branching. The mc is a seasoned rpg adventurerer ... in a bind. Literally.

Needs some more sneak back options in the dungeon, but one can use the ingame back button.

So there is no actual game? just images? Or is the download just fucked?

??? The game works fine. Just run "The Morning After.html" and it will open in whatever your default browser is. You know, like it says in the installation instructions...

There were no installation instructions, until you just, sarcastically,  informed me of how to do so. Thank you very little

The instructions are provided when you download the game. It is not my fault you probably skipped right over them.

If it helps, downloading the game via the itch.io launcher probably skips over that. Speaking of, I'm not sure if my install is also uh.. bad for the same reason; I'm just starting my investigation now but it seems to not want to display images. (Also on Linux.)
Quick edit: It seems to only like it if I run the game directly from the downloads folder, doesn't matter if it's in the home folder, manually downloaded, or elsewhere, so long as it's in the downloads folder. (For whatever reason, probably Linux/permissions related.) But to that extent, I can have it in a subfolder of the downloads otherwise.
